Dr. Manoj Kumar Jha
Founder, MRM Hospital, Purnea
A distinguished physician and alumnus of Manipal Medical College, Dr. Jha brings
a wealth of experience from his 8-year tenure at Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital,
Delhi. His dedication to serving the underprivileged has earned him the esteemed
title of "Poor Man's Doctor." Having overcome personal struggles during his own
education, Dr. Jha empathizes with the challenges faced by students in Seemanchal,
Bihar. He mentors Surya Hostel, sharing his expertise and guidance to empower students
to achieve their full potential, and fostering a supportive environment that nurtures
their growth.
Dr. Deepak Ranjan
Director
A distinguished educator with 20 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and administration,
Dr. Deepak Ranjan spearheads Surya Hostel. His academic credentials include degrees from
Allahabad University and Delhi University, as well as qualification in the NET examination.
Dr. Ranjan's illustrious career spans teaching stints at Delhi University, coaching UPSC
aspirants in Delhi and Gujarat, and authoring books for UPSC candidates. He was also an
integral part of Aakash Institute's National Academic team in Delhi.
Notably, Dr. Ranjan has demonstrated exceptional expertise in handling students in both
school and hostel settings. His experience as a PGT Teacher and Senior Section Hostel Warden
at Vidya Vihar Residential School, Purnea, and his current tenure as Principal at S.B.P.
Vidya Vihar, Katihar, underscore his ability to foster academic excellence and personal
growth in students.
